Shipping Policy


We promise to ship your part on time. Order any part with the availability of “In Stock” before 5pm Eastern Time (2pm Pacific Time) and we’ll ship it out on the same day it was ordered (business days only, orders received on a Saturday, Sunday, or a national holiday will ship on the following business day.



We understand how critical it may be to get replacement parts to fix your broken vacuum. Therefore, we offer expedited as well as standard shipping options to addresses within the continental United States. (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico customers, please see below >

Orders, going to Alaska and Hawaii, are shipped via UPS or FedEx for a flat fee of $12.95 (Same as our standard ground).



Orders, going to Puerto Rico, are shipped via FedEx or UPS for a flat fee of $12.95



We currently use United Parcel Service as our primary shipper. It is due to UPS restrictions regarding P.O. Boxes, that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.



Escova Brands does not currently ship internationally.
We reserve the right to change our shipping rates and policies at any time.

NOTE – We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.



For your convenience, your order will be followed by two emails. You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after your order is placed. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email along with your order tracking number as soon as the order is shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours from shipment date for the order tracking information to appear in our Shippers system. You may also track your order by logging in to your account.
Most orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. Shipping price includes shipping and handling. Prices stated above are for shipping within Continental U.S. only.

Return & Exchange Policy

Escova, LLC offers a generous 30 day money back guarantee. Customer must return purchased item in original packaging accompanied with invoice #, and within 30 days of your purchase date.  Please follow the steps below but please first read the following conditions that apply:

  • Please note that any returns for merchandise that are purchased from an e-commerce website (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) must be requested and handled through those websites. 

  • Special Order parts are non returnable. All special order or custom order parts are final sale, and will not be accepted even if items are returned. Items will be shipped back to the customer if these items are returned, and no credit or refunds are offered for special order parts.

  • Initial shipping costs will not be refunded (only applies to orders under $25).

  • No restocking fee.

  • Return shipping will be paid for by customer unless error was made by Escova, LLC (Ex: wrong item shipped) in which case return shipping will be paid for by Vacuum Cleaner Market.

  • Products must be accompanied with all original packing, tags, remotes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, promotional gifts, and anything else included with item purchase.

  • Escova, LLC assumes no responsibility for lost products during return transit.

  • Escova, LLC reserves the right to take up to 30 days to process and inspect returns before refund credit is given.

  • If item shows excessive wear and tear, or has smoke damage, the customer will be charged for these repairs. Escova, LLC will deduct from return purchase amount a $75 cleaning fee for products showing excessive wear and tear, and a $100 cleaning fee for products with smoke damage. Escova, LLC will email the customer upon receipt of the damaged item to let the customer know what charges will be held from their return. Email will be sent to the customer email used upon purchase.
